One of my favorite celestial events is meteor shower. The flying balls of light awaken something within me that is deep, ancient, and awe-inspiring.

Yet so often, when a meteor shower shows up on the calendar, a blanket of cloud cover moves in, deeming the shooting star show invisible.

The same holds true when you look at the possibilities of what your life can be…

If you’re down, medicated, angry, or desperate, your vision of a possible future will be as clouded as the stormy sky.

To really get clarity of vision, you need to look from a clear place.

You need a calm, relaxed, peaceful space to observe from. One that is not overrun by the noise, anxiety, and stress of everyday life.

How do you get there? One word…hypnosis.

I have been working with a client who came in for smoking.

But what was hiding underneath was a world of pain, uncertainty, appeasement, and past trauma.

Once we dealt with those things, the smoking disappeared on its own.

It just didn’t have any more space and energy to exist.

Now, not only are her lungs clean, free, and open, so is her mind and heart.

Things that used to bother her, nor longer matter as much. She now speaks her mind and enforces the boundaries she has set. And her vision for what is possible has expanded greatly.

The thing is, that power was always inside her.

She was just trying to see the shooting stars through a clouded sky.

Now, the sky is clear.

And so is her path forward.
