Most people never start a meditation practice because they think you need to spend hours every day to enjoy the benefits of meditation.

You don’t.

After 15 years as a professional hypnotist and Tantra guide, I’ve found this one daily practice can change your life more quickly, more powerfully, than just about anything else.

Ten minutes. That’s all it takes.

Ten minutes to more presence, confidence, peace, and vibrant magnetic energy.

Worth it? You decide.

I’m going to share the process that works for me, and hopefully you can use it to create your own.

What’s most important is finding a process that works for you and inspires you to dive in daily.

Let’s get started.

Meditation

First, find a place you can sit in quiet. Somewhere you won’t be disturbed for at least 10 minutes.

Either sit in a straight-back chair, or sit on the floor in a lotus position (legs crossed) with you back against a couch, chair, the wall, etc. A straight back posture is important.

Then, set your timer for 5 minutes. The first portion of your practice will be the meditation. Simply you and your breath. No destination. Just focusing on your breath. That’s it.

Hit the timer for 5 minutes.

Begin with a few moments of gratitude practice. You don’t have to precise with the timing here. But give it approximately 60 seconds of giving thanks.

Thanks for this opportunity to practice. Thanks for your breath, your life. All of your wonderful blessings. Let that gratitude energy fill your body.

Then, meditate. Simply focus on your breath. Deep breaths in, and out. You’re not trying to get anywhere. You’re not trying to accomplish anything. You are just existing.

This sounds easy. But it can be more challenging than you expect at first.

Why? Your monkey mind.

It doesn’t like to be quiet. It will go a little crazy, thinking about this or worrying about that.

Just let it go. Bring your focus back to your breath.

Your monkey mind will eventually get tired of fighting and give up.

But that takes practice.

Hypnosis

After the timer goes off, hit resume. Start another five minutes.

Now we’re getting into self-hypnosis and visualization. This differs from meditation because we are actively pursing a result, a destination.

You will use the power of your imagination to visualize and envision your most beautiful existence.

I highly suggest first, before we even sit down for our practice, to actually think about and write down what you truly desire in your life…

Your health, body, and energy.

Your work, career, financial abundance.

Your relationships, harmony, passion, and love.

Your lifestyle, travel, recreation, peace.

Your legacy, spirituality, world peace, abundant joy.

Whatever it may be. It’s yours and yours alone.

In these last five minutes you will visualize these things in order of importance for you. Go through, one by one, and envision the ideal outcome.

Visualize your body in incredible shape, or a certain number in your bank account.

Visualize a spiritual figure that you love, such as Jesus, Buddha, or any other diety you aspire toward.

As you visualize, and this is very important, give it your all with emotional energy.

Feel the joy and energy of seeing yourself in perfect health. Or feel the freedom, peace, and joy of being in your dream vacation spot with those you love.

This emotional energy is the nuclear fuel for your visualizations.

When the timer goes off, stop.

Give thanks for this practice. Thank God (or whatever that is for you) for this beautiful life.

And let it all go.

Show Up Every Day

At this point, your work is done, and the Universe takes over. It’s now in God’s hands.

That’s it. 10 minutes a day to change your life.

I’ve been doing this for at least 15 years, and it still getting better.

Do it for at least 21 days straight. Then contact me and let me know your results.

I’m so excited for you to experience the magic of this daily meditation ritual.

Much Love, aE
